1. Applicability
These terms are intended for assignments and collaborations around technology consulting, software modernisation, application migration, AI consultancy, technical leadership and AI-enabled custom software. The exact application must be defined per agreement.
2. Proposals and agreements
Proposals are non-binding unless agreed otherwise in writing. An assignment is formed after written confirmation by both parties.
3. Execution of work
Work is performed with professional care, based on available information and the agreements in the contract. Modernisation programmes may depend on source code, documentation, system access, internal knowledge and client decision-making.
4. Client responsibilities
- Providing information, access and contacts in a timely manner.
- Making decisions within agreed timeframes.
- Reviewing delivered analyses, designs and results.

5. Intellectual property
